Collection jar made especially for us by Patti, co-owner of Our Paintin' Place in South Lake (Charlotte). Sure
beats the plastic jug we had sitting out at our yard sale! WE LOVE IT!! Thank you, Patti!!

Our "It's a Wrap Party" held at Our Paintin' Place on 12/06/09. Patty and Cathy,
the owners, opened their doors and tables to us to wrap Sunshine Box gifts. We had 11 people show up and we all had
such a good time. Lots of laughing and sharing going on and new friends made.

My daughter and event co-organizer, Anna
My Sister, Sandi S. of Woodbridge, Virginia, made this afghan. I love the star shape!
She put many, many hours into many, many rows of stitches, but I know the lucky lady who gets it will love it.

The gorgeous afghan pictured below was a joint labor of love donated by Karen and Tammy, great
friends and former coworkers of mine in York, Pennsylvania. Tammy did the crocheting .. such an intricate pattern.
I am in awe!! Thank you both so much!!

Anna, Ruth, and Ileana made signs for our yard sale on 10/10(Pictured below, Ileana)

Counting money sure put a smile on Sharon's face!We had a great turnout and are very pleased withthe
amount raised.

Pre-yard-sale publicity ... sign by Anna.It doesn't look that big, but it's the size of a shower
curtain!

Ruth sorted through a MOUNTAIN of clothesso that sizes were grouped together - whichimmediately
increased sales!
