Upcoming Events December 20 - 24, Project Elf. We will be going every morning to the chemo lab and presenting EVERYONE, including the staff and nurses. I don't know who had more fun last year, the recipients or our elves!! Saturday, April 16, 2011 - YARD & BAKE SALE This is one of our major fundraising efforts. Please come out and join us and find some GREAT bargains! Also, if you would like to donate items, we'll gladly accept anything that's sellable. (Is that a word?) Rain Date is April 23. We always have a ball at these, and hope you'll come join the fun. PAST EVENTS Our
wrapping party Sunday December 6th at Our Paintin' Place in South Lake was a huge success! We had 11 people there wrapping
gifts for the Sunshine Box project and our Christmas project (each patient that has chemo the 21-24th of December will get
a small wrapped gift to open). We had such a good time laughing, getting to know each other, and wrapping away.
Thank you to all who were there.
We had our first fundraising event on October 10th, a yard sale. Many volunteers
were involved, and many donations of items were made, making it a HUGE success. I had a dollar amount in mind that would
make it worth all the effort and time that so many put in, and we more than doubled that amount!! Many, many thanks
to donors and to those who helped the day of the event. A few pics are below. There are more pics on our Pictures
